We at Sineys Butchers pride ourselves on the quality of our products, presentation and of course value. We have been in the butcher industry sinse 1982 and in recent years we have been specialising in the catering and wholesale end of the business.
We try to bring back a traditional style of butchers while incorporating new ideas like marinades, sauces and oven ready meals.
All of our beef, lamb and pork is hand picked to sure of the highest quality and flavour. Our beef is 21 days matured to make sure that it is at it's peak flavour and tenderness.
Open from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday. Open to 6 pm Saturday
All of our beef, lamb, pork and bacon products are 100% Irish and fully traceable.
Our new premises in Blessington is also H.A.C.C.P. compliant and registered with the Eastern Health Board to make sure that that all our production is to the European Health Regulation Standard.
We have a large selection of freshh vegetables in stock at very competitive prices
